Rendang padang cuisine is one type of rendang in Indonesia and is famous for delicious. Rendang is known as the native cuisine of the people of Minangkabau, West Sumatra.
Now better known as Rendang Padang.

RECIPE
Ingredients To Make Spicy Meat Rendang:
1 kg beef, cut to taste.
coconut milk to taste.
Galangal 1 segment.
1 stalk lemongrass.
2 lbr turmeric leaf.
salt, sugar to taste,

Spices:
Onion 15 pcs.
Garlic 5 pcs.
coriander 1sdm
Turmeric 1 vertebra.
100 grams of ground red chili pepper (to taste).

How to cook Rendang Meat Spicy Food::
Stir-fry ground spices and galangal, lemon grass, turmeric leaves until fragrant.
Insert pieces of meat, stir add the coconut milk, stir and cook until meat is tender coconut milk dries up.
