Dim Sum (Chicken Leg) - China

Dimsum is one snack food from china. Dimsum consists of various small cakes which usually is a food with tea. Dimsum is usually eaten at breakfast. in this study would have an introduction that dim sum is dim sum chicken legs.

RECIPE:
material:
1 kg chicken legs, fried until dry, soak in ice water for 3 hours, set aside.

Seasoning A:
5 btr garlic, crushed
4 pcs flower deaf / star anise
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mushroom soy sauce
2 tablespoons ang CIOE (optional)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon salt
½ tsp MSG
½ tsp pepper
1.5 lt of water
1 tablespoon red red yeast rice, soaked in 100 ml of water, until the red

Seasoning B:
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 pcs large red chilli, sliced
3 tablespoons tausi (Salted black beans)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons corn starch, dilute with 5 tbsp water for thickening.

How to Make:
a. Heat a little oil and saute garlic until fragrant.
b. Pour ang CIOE (if using), then give water to taste and put all the remaining spices A, stir and simmer.
c. Enter the fried chicken legs and cook until tender and water is shrinking. (may use the Presto to save time).
d.. Saute minced garlic until fragrant, then enter tausi and red chillies and stir well.
e. Pour the chicken legs are tender reply earlier, and then pour water sago, stir well.
f. Give sesame oil, stir, remove from heat.
