Opor Ayam - Indonesia

Opor ayam is one of  food from  Indonesia, usually served during Eid as a main dish, served with a diamond and crackers. Opor chicken is actually fed boiled chicken seasoning of thick coconut milk plus a variety of spices such as lemongrass, kencur, and so on.

RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 / 2 kg chicken
1 coconut
10 pieces red onion
3 cloves garlic
5 grains hazelnut
1 / 2 tablespoons coriander
1 / 4 tablespoon cumin
1 / 4 tablespoon pepper
1 cm laos
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass
1 / 2 tablespoons brown sugar
salt to taste and diamond

How to make:
Clean chicken and cut into pieces.
Grate coconut, squeeze to produce a thick coconut milk and liquid milk, set aside.
Blend all the spices except lemongrass, bay leaves and laos.
Enter the liquid coconut milk in a saucepan, add spices, stir until boiling.
Enter the chicken, pour the coconut milk.
Cook until chicken is cooked meat.
